Spring has Sprung!

All around the Pioneer Valley, farmers are plowing and planting, flowers are blooming, and even some of the harvesting has begun. We are lucky enough to live in a place where our neighbors are the ones growing our dinners. However, other than the occasional farmer's market, most of us don't get many chances to actually get to know our farms and farmers. This summer, we are putting on a series of dinners at local farms around the Pioneer Valley where we will eat tasty, wholesome food that was grown, cooked, and served in the same place. In the spirit of a summer cookout, these will be truly community dinners, where strangers become friends over a delicious meal.
